Inspiring futures at the Castle Rock Careers Fair
On Thursday, 20th March, Castle Rock School hosted an exciting Careers Fair for students from Year 7 to Year 13, offering a glimpse into various future career paths.Throughout the day, students attended engaging workshops, including sessions from a Mindfulness Coach, Loughborough College and an Intelligence Specialist. Highlights included learning military communication methods and a talk from a Royal Family Bodyguard.
In the evening, students and parents met representatives from local businesses, universities and major organisations like the Royal Air Force, Police, Caterpillar and Bright Lights Theatre School. Here, they received expert advice on qualifications, career paths and industry expectations.
The Careers Fair was a fantastic showcase of the numerous opportunities available to Castle Rock students. It highlighted the importance of exploring different career options and the benefits of receiving expert guidance.
