Since leaving Castle Rock, our alumni have gone on to pursue a wide range of opportunities, from running their own businesses, working in the public sector to continuing their education. 

Nathan Dale

Nathan's choice of study in Media, Performing Arts, and Technical Theatre Arts at Castle Rock are what prepared him to be where he is today. Nathan successfully works in the Business Development team at Reach plc, the UK'S largest commercial news publisher.

Aaron uncovered his passion for theatre and sound at Castle Rock, which motivated him to launch his career as the Head Sound Technician for Disney On Ice.

Castle Rock's support not only in education, but in building James' character is what moulded his career as a Police Officer today.

Rae-Anna Rousseau

Rae-Anna's journey with Castle Rock began in Year 7 and continued all the way through Sixth Form, where she studied Business Studies, Media Studies, and Performing Arts Dance. Reflecting on her time at Castle Rock, Rae-Anna credits the school’s diverse curriculum for shaping her future.

Jake Tripney

Castle Rock Sixth Form alumnus Jake Tripney credits his time in Sixth Form with sparking a passion for filmmaking, setting him on the road path to a successful career in the film and television industry. Studying Media, History and French, Jake found the Media course to be a turning point.

The Mercians

Formed around 18 months ago, the talented five-strong indie band is made up of Charlie Devonport (drummer), Owen Trott (guitarist), Matt Cominotto (singer), Joe Syborn (guitarist) and, last but not least, Harry Walford (bass), a former pupil of Castle Rock School.
