Year 7 Students Bond and Thrive at Beaumanor Hall Adventure

During the day-long trip, students participated in the ‘Team Challenge Programme’ and spent the day in their tutor groups, engaging in activities which allowed them to bond with their teacher and their peers.

They undertook eight activities throughout the day, all encouraging students to work together and demonstrate their problem-solving skills; they took on the stompers, built dens and recreated various shapes.

“It was great to see all students fully engage in the day, overcoming challenges and creating new friendships,” said Mrs Brady, Head of Year 7.

It was a fantastic day and the perfect start to the students’ Castle Rock journey. We can’t wait to see how their flourish and prosper throughout their time with us.
